Game X Change

HUGE variety of all the fun stuff. A decent selection of gaming consoles, controllers & accessories, games for all consoles, smartwatches, and headphones. Besides the electronics, there's a literal wall of funko pops, a great selection of other figurines, and cool character/model building sets. Comic books, graphic novels, more single Pokémon TCG cards than I could go through, and boxed sets of MTG & other card games. DVDs and Blu-Rays galore, plus they're currently BOGO free! I love the variety of tshirts, memorabilia, and decor, plus fun Japanese drinks & candy - like ramune sodas. Definitely decent & competitive offers from them, if you're selling to them. I've go to go back with some Star Wars collectables and boxes of Legos that are just gathering dust. Very chill, friendly, welcoming atmosphere, especially coming from the store manager and assistant manager. I guarantee that if you go in and take some time to really look around at everything, you'll find something you "need" each time you go.

I went to this store today, and was absolutely blown out of the water. We frequent other Game Xchange locations and have never had a bad experience, but today was the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. When we walked in, all of the employees and the manger were very lively and family-like, laughing and whatnot. My daughter is very social, and when she struck up conversation with the manager, he came down to her level and had a whole conversation. He joked with me and my husband, advised on the questions I had about this store and the other location, and was just so helpful. He also offered my kiddo a few Halloween treats, even though we missed the actual day. 100/10 experience, and i grabbed a picture to show it!! Needless to say, we will be coming back.

I challenge you to find a cooler more friendly and helpful staff at any retail store. We go here to browse individual Pokémon cards, usually for at least an hour at a time so while there I hear the staff interact with all manner of customers and they are alway 100% awesome with everyone.

Always love going in. Always at least one gem to find. Cozy and well stocked. Friendly staff that I love talking with. Only gripe might be that stickers on the game case can sometimes be intrusive, but that's an issue anywhere you go

I posted a review for another location which mostly applies to this location as well they have a ton of up-to-date modern games as well as everything going back to the Atari which the further you go back the fewer games and accessories there are with the exception of the NES there is a ton of stuff. You can get started on just about any retro System including adapters video cables controllers and games going back to the NES all the way up to the PS5.

You just lost a long time customer. One of your managers decided it was appropriate to impress their political leanings onto my autistic child. This was a place she loved to come to, but I will no longer support this business.

Quick service, everything seemed nicely organized and displayed. Employees seemed not very friendly over the phone and in person. Employee said "We're just doing our jobs." which seemed like a dismissive, defensive, and annoyed response regarding questions about store procedures and pricing when selling items to them.
