Kristin was fantastic to work with. She led us through the home building process and tried her best to help us choose the right house and the best lot. She was very knowledgeable, attentive to our needs and was a very caring person. She’s a real asset to James Monroe homes. It was a pleasure to work with her.

We finally achieved our dream of having our first home! As first time homebuyers the whole process was smooth and we were guided all the way. Kristin was excellent and patient with our queries and concerns. We really liked the idea of having pre-design center meeting, regular builder calls/updates and weekly pictures of the house. Bud, the site supervisor was hands on and transparent on anything that is going on with the project. Their whole build process is efficient and working with same contractors is also a plus. Our third party inspection came out with very few minor findings that were quickly addressed. Everything was done in official writing and they have a good system with regards to dealing with warranties and in case there are post home delivery issues. We are a few weeks in our new home and we love the workmanship of the house and cozy vibe of our community (Barkley Meadows).
