They have got to do something about opening up the other self checkout lane when it gets like this. Also, it's kind of ridiculous we cant go back to regular pre-covid closing hours. Closes at 10 pm. UPDATE: Almost a year later and still on the same BS. Long, long lines when they shut down the second U Scan (at 8pm?) I come in here far too often just to walk right out because of this. Management needs to address this as they're losing my business to the Walmart across the street.

It’s incredible that out of the three Krogers in the Tates Creek area, this location is somehow the worst despite being the largest. Items are never stocked, employees are rude, self checkout is ludicrously tiny and can’t handle the amount of customers. This place is a joke!!!

My favorite Kroger in Lexington. Just the right size - not massive but not cramped. Can find what I'm looking for and check out quickly. Associates at the service desk and self checkout are helpful and patient.

I am a lifelong customer of Krogers, but that has changed starting with the last visit. I have a temporary license, and I have used it to cash 4 cheques thus far until yesterday. The person st customer service was a bit rude and exclaimed that he can't cash my cheque becaus license won't scan. I say put the information in manually. I told him that I have been cashing them there. He went to some manager named Nick that I never saw. All he was trying to do with a manager was to validate his "no" answer instead of finding a ,"workaround" like his colleagues in the.stire do. He came back smiling with that no. I may come back to krogers some day, but for the immediate future,.i have taking my business elsewhere, because of.a lack of consistency by Kroger management, which cost me an hour and majorly inconvenienced me.

Ignorant security guard tried to rip a basket out of my hand, Seems like Meijer is the place to shop if you have self respect.

This is a great location to get everything you need. Prices are fair and selection is good. Have to give a shout-out to Jerry in the deli section. He made choosing the right meats and cheeses not only very easy, but made it fun as well. He was patient with our requests to have many different flavours and made some jokes to really show us a good time at the deli counter. Keep it up Jerry!

They know people shop till 10 but close all the registers so after 9 you can expect to wait 20-30 minutes in line.
