Kroger

Store itself is just fine, but they do a horrible job with Pickup orders. I’ve only used it twice now due to time constraints not allowing me to personally go shop. And both times the store was late getting the order ready so it really did me no favors. Both were put in several hours ahead of time too so it wasn’t that. Actually, the first time I got the text that the order was ready and then still wound up waiting 20 minutes after arriving because it actually wasn’t ready at all. And both times they had items that "could not be fulfilled" but yet I found the items when I walked in myself after picking up my orders. Lesson learned. There is no "convenience" with this service, unfortunately.

I was very impressed with how clean, well stocked, and organized this grocery store was! The staff was very friendly and helpful also. The prices were exactly as I expected! Also, two separate employees had noticed that I was looking for a product and went out of their way to come to me, from a distance, just to ask if they could help me with something!! It seems rare these days that store employees will actually be looking for people who may need help and then go above and beyond, who are ready and more than willing to provide assistance! I highly recommend this store!

It’s not even 8:30pm and the deli is closed? Please update the hours or enforce the correct hours. I was going to do all my shopping here based on the fact of fresh meat in the deli. I’ll just go to Walmart

I do not live in Kentucky, but my grandmother does and there's a Kroger around the corner and they have all kinds of good deals. And I had to have their app to get the extra discount so I downloaded the stuff and then we got to the register I wasn't sure what I needed to do and the lovely cashier ask me what I did and I wasn't sure and I just gave her my phone and she walked me all through it and she got me all set up with what I didn't do and I was able to get my discount. I wish there were more people in the world like her and the lovely young man that was bagging for her, was such a gentleman. Out of all the times that I have been in Kentucky over the last 7 years going to that grocery store I have met very very polite, awesome people that work there. Keep up the great work and thank you for the wonderful hospitality that I received every time I come there!

Staff at this branch are rude, especially those work at the customer service desk. When I checked the wrong price on the receipt with them, they so often made face to each others like I was some sort of idiot! It’s not just happened once but often! How rude are they? (There’s a particularly rude one - female, middle age, quite heavy built, always has heavy makeup, kinda reddish long hair). I have been shopping at this Kroger for years and it used to be much better. Have they changed the manager etc that I don’t know but they surely need to work on their staff training.

I love this Kroger! The selection is always great in the fruit and vegetable area, the flowers are well cared for and beautiful, the meat department is awesome ( love the foil packets! ), the store is always so neat and clean. I love the managers specials and the on line coupons especially the free Friday downloads. Above all else, the employees are so friendly and helpful. They always go above and beyond to help if you need it. In my opinion.... best Kroger store ever!!!

Have shopped at this Kroger for 26 years and was treated extremely badly by a young female employee for absolutely no reason. I called the store about it and obviously not a thing was done. In looking at the other posts here as well as speaking with several of my neighbors, I am not the only one that has experienced this. Because this store is close, I do still have to grab a few things now and then but I am doing everything I can to shop elsewhere. Bad customer service and management will eventually close this location not to mention it is one of the filthiest grocery stores I have ever been in. Sad.
