The only thing I can say is that I always get Great service from any of Metro by t Mobile employees. Friendly, reliable customer service. With a smile. Thanks for the help. My whole family likes them. WE'RE HAPPY.

I got a new phone from them after my screen broke and they had me a new phone and ready to go pretty quick. The customer service was fantastic!! Stacey did my set up and she really went above and beyond for me. I'd definitely recommend asking for Stacey when you go in she's really good and knows what she's doing she also helped me pick out my phone cause I needed something with lots of storage cause Im constantly taking screenshots and photos so I absolutely had to have a phone with enough storage to keep up.

Tonya was very professional, and easy to work with. She went above requests to fix the plan/billing issues created by employee at the Alexandria store! Enjoyed working with her. We will do all our business with this store! Please keep up the great work and communication skills!
