Metro by T-Mobile

5 stars just because of Sonny, dude spent a literal hour fighting with Metro customer service trying to get me my transfer code to LEAVE Metro while helping other customers at the same time. Did all that work when there was literally nothing in it for him, even told customer service to "stop messing with the customers" lol. Also went about a week ago asking about a phone and he told me it was crap instead of taking my money. Just a stand up guy, if you're gonna use Metro, go through this one.

Been a customer for years. I don't have any reason to go elsewhere and neither will you. One stop shop for any type of phone issues that one has during the day. Sonny is #1 in the business and will give you the best deal out there.

Sonny was absolutely amazing. He has great customers service skills. If you are with Metro, then Sonny is the one to see. Very kind, polite, and respectful to everyone. I absolutely recommend this store above all. This wad my first time in this location. Absolutely the top notch experience I ever happen. I absolutely love this store.

This is not the regular Metro PCS I go to and I am glad I came here by chance. My daughter broke her phone so she needed a replacement. Sonny hooked us up with a great deal on my daughters first iphone. The process was quick and easy. 10 out of 10 recommended.

I met a man up there named Sonny me, and my mom went there to get me a new phone. he was super helpful and even told me a pretty cool story.
