Give us the price on a battery that was $239.99 then wanted to sell us a even higher battery which was in the 300s so I got fed up with them and told them to give me the universal battery and I had to install it myself take in mind In 2023 I had a spinal cord injury and I’m currently handicapped also the fact they didn’t even have the right tools to change the battery thank god a man showed up to help me but they sat in the store and watched again a handicapped person change the battery on my own. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone because the customer service is absolutely god awful

So I left a review on another Store But this is the store my wife stopped in first and asked if there was someone that spoke Spanish and she was told no that there was no one in the store that spoke Spanish and then tried to sell her Alternator when she needed a battery. Luckily My wife looked up the next closet store and went there and there Manager Kim And Assistant Manager Adam took Much better Care of Us. And the worst part they also did not speak Spanish. However where willing to use Google Translate to get us to understand and make the sound decision that got my wife's care back on the Road. P.S I would Avoid this store if you want to be taking care of. Also my son is writing this cause my English is bad.

Some idiot gave us the wrong part, despite me saying very specifically (part number included) what I needed. He goes to the back and says "well, someone must have moved it - here, take these instead". The vehicle that was being worked on would no longer run for a week until I got the right parts FROM THE SAME STORE (but a different person). Double check everything at this location - absolutely ridiculous. NOTE: Just in case this doesn't show up properly, we're talking about the O'Reilly's on Versailles rd in Lexington, KY! Absolutely DISAPPOINTING.

William - wearing an O'Reilly Uniform and nametag - stopped to help a colleague and I stuck in Lexington yesterday. It was EXTREMELY hot outside and everyone else just drove past us and our broken down rental car. William did all he could to research the issue and was such a help.

I had an excellent experience with Caleb and John! They were tremendously helpful in diagnosing the issue with my headlights, patiently walking me through potential problems, and even assisting me in selecting the right tool to fix it. Both were incredibly kind, taking time out of their busy schedules to make sure I had all the information I needed. This store is known for its phenomenal staff, and Caleb and John truly live up to that reputation. Highly recommend!

The store Manager William at store 1123 is the greatest he didn't stop until he found the part that we needed him and Sam are the best yall need more people like them they go over and beyond to make sure the customers are satisfied and well looking care of

Had the part we needed. Called Autozone for the same part and they attempted to tell us the part isn't possible to order .lol
