Services they offer are great. If you are a landscape company you may not know what all they do but it would be a good idea to get in touch with a rep to see all they can do. They sell irrigation parts but they have a full in house design service for irrigation. Dave S. Has been amazing to work with as well as our rep. Best thing about them is if we have an issue they really try everything in their power to set things right. The retention pond planting was completed with plugs sourced through site one.

This is a landscape special supply store not really for the average consumer, this place is geared to supply the contractor's in the area , lots of excellent materials and great staff , with excellent tools to choose from

Not a great experience. Given incorrect information the previous week compared to what they actually have in the store. I was specifically told there was "no way" I was given that information by their employee but I knew the guy’s name who gave me the information out of the thousands of businesses in Lexington and one I had never been in before. They didn’t seem too interested in selling me anything any way. I was disappointed because I heard they had a good product.

Brad is top notch!! The level of customer service they provide is inspiring. They will not only help find the products you need at a great price, they offer help with consulting questions, offer training, and much more. Today I was given great advice, great product pricing, and was even offered to have a presentation set up for my client to help close a sale. That's going above and beyond. That level of service makes you feel like Site One is part of your team and not just a vendor. Thanks for treating your customers this way. It's greatly appreciated.
