⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My experience at the T-Mobile store at 12th & Market has been exceptional! A huge thank you to Maurice, the store manager, for his incredible help in converting all my services to T-Mobile. His customer service, attention to detail, and kindness are simply outstanding — it’s rare to find this level of care nowadays. If you’re thinking about switching, I highly recommend visiting this store and asking for Maurice and his team. They’re phenomenal and truly go above and beyond. Keep up the amazing work!

At this T-Mobile store, my husband and I bought me a phone. We were assisted by an employee named Benji, who was polite, intelligent, and patient. We are grateful for the consultation and the smooth purchase process. This T-Mobile store is different from others in the city center. At another location, we were helped by a tired woman who kept sighing and rolling her eyes; that experience was unpleasant, and we left that store. But at 1201 Market St, everything was excellent. I highly recommend this location.

Best Customer Service I have ever received in my life from any Business Corporation selling goods and services. My Sales Representative Matt that I had in the evening of October 1, 2025 in the T-Mobile inside the Marriott definitely went above and beyond to get me the device I want, the service I wanted, he kept me below my spending budget and even got me devices for my children! I'm completely satisfied!

Went to store to pay cash for a small invoice. Should have been three minutes. Had my money on the table. "Service" representative refused to look at account number on my phone instead insisting I say it then repeat it a total of four times before I reminded him again he could just look at my phone, still maintaining normal tone of voice. He responded to cut out "the attitude". Thoroughly shocked and insulted, got up to leave so the "service" representative shrugged it off, "fine" so I walked out. I refuse to patronize someone's petty and unpredictable over-sensitivity when I am the customer. Store complaint lodged with T-Mobile. AVOID.

Absolutely the best customer service in the Philadelphia area. Stellar customer service. Great prices. But mostly it's the staff. This team should be the gold standard for customer service at T-Mobile. They are very patient and professional. We purchased an iPhone and a Samsung Galaxy watch today. And the experience was enjoyable. We left this location feeling very good about these purchases. I highly recommend this T-Mobile location.

The 2 stars are for the associate who ran after me to give me my international SIM Card. His name was "D" and he was not engaging and acted like I was bothering him. I went in to see if I could transfer pictures from my work phone to my personal phone by transferring Sims. After asking him to help me pull the sim card from each phone (he acted like it was the most bothersome thing to do.), he told me that it was not possible because the pictures were to be transfered by email. Smh. Cool. The entire time, he was playing with another phone and playing music videos? It felt very dismissive. I hate that location. 2/3 times I have been there that I have found the place to be lacking in customer service and one of them from a manager! I would have given it 1 star if he hadn't bothered to bring me my SIM card. I am good with faces and I hope I never have to deal with him.
