Extra Space Storage

Soon I took the first step into this facility they’re was instantly a good vibes and the girl at the desk. I think it (Calletta)? Sorry if I’m not getting it right, was giving the best energy. Smiles and so helpful and knows her way around the job cause she handled 3 customers in no time with such ease. This is my 3rd storage facility and by far the best one i stepped into in the area. Literally was giving all smiles. Even had all the customers with smiles and the facility is very clean and up to par. I strongly recommend this location if you having problems with other storage facilities in the area like me. I give this place and the stage 5 thumbs up

I have had the unthinkable happen these last couple months and I am emotionally wrecked. Colletta is amazing! She was patient with me taking the time to explain and answer my questions. She went above and beyond with her kind words and compassion. I haven't had that from anyone and I was at ease for the first time in months. In just a few minutes she has made a huge difference in my heart. God bless her and I hope she is around for a long time. The world needs more people like her!

Great experience. Miss Calletta Uthman, store manager, was helpful and kind. Showed me my unit with no problem. She was Very patient with me since I was new to storage and had plenty of questions. I will definitely recommend people to use extra space storage.

I would like to leave Calletta U a 10 out of 10 preview. She is an exceptional and thoughtful clerk. Every time I come to make my payment she is very personable and professional.

I love Nicole and her chipper personality. She is always warm and professional while keeping a clean facility. If you need storage you can't go wrong here.

The facility was clean & staff were friendly. It’s very rare to experience patient, helpful and compassionate employees. Most times everyone is in a rush and/or short tempered when you have additional questions . I felt like a valued customer speaking to Calletta.

I stored some stuff for 5 months at this facility. The staff was very helpful. The unit was clean. There was no evidence of rodents when I cleared my stuff out, which seems to be a constant problem at storage facilities. And when I finally cleared my stuff out, I had lost the key! The office manager came right up and drilled the lock off for me. All in all, I would definitely recommend
