Adi at the Verizon store on Telegraph was a huge help! He was very professional, patient, and made sure everything was taken care of. He really knows his job and goes above and beyond for his customers. I highly recommend Adi, great service all around!
Adi was amazingly helpful when my phone randomly deleted my calendar. While we were unable to retrieve it (CalDAV was the reason), Adi spent hours with me trying to help. He was better than Apple, Verizon on the phone and AOL combined! 10/10 recommend him!

I had such a great experience at Verizon, all thanks to Gill! I was thinking about upgrading my phone, but honestly, I was dreading the whole process. Gill made it so easy and actually enjoyable. He really seemed to care about finding the right phone for me, asking about what I use it for and what my priorities were. He wasn't pushy at all, just super helpful in explaining the different options. What really stood out was how nicely he carried himself – professional, friendly, and just genuinely kind. He helped me transfer all my stuff to the new phone and made sure I knew how to use everything before I left. Seriously, if you need help at Verizon, ask for Gill. He goes above and beyond!
