My iPhone 15 Pro max battery hasn’t been holding charge; Nate quickly ordered me a New OE battery and had it in my phone in under 30 minutes. He then walked me through the process on how to get the max life out of my battery. On top of all that. He replaced my screen protector and case as well. This was hands down the best experience. Nate is also super helpful to everyone who walks into his store; for the short time that I was there. I’ve seen him display a high level of care and professionalism to everyone walking into his store. Whether they were paying customers or not! Thank you Nate! I-Tech is amzing!!! My phone was ran over by multiple cars and my screen was shattered severely and the back of my phone too . They were able to fix it in 40 mins. I was in shock how great it looked and how fast they got it fixed. I am so grateful they were able to help me. I recommend them to anyone, they are the best!
