All-Air Heating & Air Conditioning

I recently had a new HVAC system installed, and I can't say enough about the exceptional service I received from start to finish on this entire project. The entire team from Vinh, Justin, and Jordan, provided and performed with professionally, timely, and overall exceptionally, good work ethic, particularly under heated weather conditions. I very much appreciated how highly communicative Justin and Jordan were every step of the way, which made a potentially "sometimes" stressful project run very smooth, safe, and manageable. I would absolutely recommend All-Air Heating and Air for high-quality work done with integrity and professionalism.

Don't waste your time. I contacted this company at 8:00pm for service and was told no. The company claimed to provide 24 hour service, lies. After writing a bad review about false advertising, the manager calls and schedules an appointment for me the next day. The technician came to diagnose and possibly fix the issue. He stated the capacitor needed to be replaced and the cost would be $300. I agreed. Once he "replaced the capacitor", he stated the motor was not working and needed to be replaced. I refused service. I decided to have another company diagnosis the issue. The new company replaced the capacitor and my air is working perfectly fine now. This company clearly just wanted more money. Do yourself a favor and contact a company that is honest,ethical and wants to provide service with integrity.

My mom used service today and here's a review. A company that has a live person answering the phone (unheard of these days) which for a 80 yrs old made the entire experience positive from the start. From initial call with Jackie to the outstanding tech my experience was remarkable and would recommend to anyone. Tech took time to explain and educate my mother regarding the air conditioner and the repairs.

Ray was super helpful! And helped expedite the needed parts on our old AC! Labor and Parts were all included great return time! Would definitely be calling again!

The team of Jordan and Justin are nothing short of amazing! How they got it working so fast after a mess up from the vendor. They stayed late in the night till 10 pm to get my new system running. They had gotten a bad unit straight from the factory and were able to square things away and get me what I paid for! I thank All Air and all the employees working there.
