Thanks Tokay Heating and Air! My trusty heat pump from the 90’s kindly went kaput during the first real heat of 2025 summer. I had previously used Phil from Hawk, and found that he merged companies with Tokay. The wonderful team was able to come out NEXT DAY and install a modern heat pump for me. The team of Albert and David were friendly, highly competent, and even dealt with my weird equipment closet. These gentlemen were great with the dog as well - always a bonus. I can’t thank Albert and David enough for completing the exchange before the real heat of the day started broiling us. Awesome!

Tokay heating and air was a good choice in getting my new ac installed. There was one little hiccup in the time they said they were going to arrive and when they actually arrived but once the technicians got here everything went smooth. Pedro, Luis and Eddie were great technicians always available to answer any questions I had and very communicative during the whole process. So happy to have a new AC and water heater.I would definitely recommend Tokay heating and air to my friends.!

I was introduced to Tokay Heating and Air via flier in my physical mail box. I contacted the administrative office and requested an air-conditioning tune-up appointment. The office appointment coordinator was professional and very pleasant during my initial phone call. On the day of the tune-up, I met with Josiah. Josiah was courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful. Throughout the tune-up process, he explained to me the various parts of my air-conditioning unit and why those parts were failing. He took his time as he explained to me inner workings of my unit. Josiah did not attempt to sell me a new unit or parts. We discussed the unit and its potential. After my conversation, I decided to purchase a new HVAC system based on the age of the unit and our conversation. Installation day, I was met by Pedro. Pedro was on-time and was very pleasant. He went directly to work on disassembling my heating unit while waiting for the remainder of his team to arrive. His professional demeanor set the tone for the other technicians who later arrived at my home to assist. Kaylin, Phillip (manager), and Les all worked together to install my new A/C system and heating system. The men displayed their HVAC experience not only in assembly, but also in conversation. Throughout the day I approached each technician and asked a variety of questions. Kaylin was knowledgeable in his air-conditioning trade and enlightened me on his experience. Les took time to explain to me the workings of my new heating system and how to operate my thermostat. Phillip managed the men and ensured me of the quality of their work and the quality of the components being installed in my home. The next day, I contacted the administrative office and again, received polite and courteous treatment from Michelle and others who assisted me. Josiah was a fantastic representative for my seasonal checkup today on a new system Tokay installed earlier this year. Very knowledgeable, kind, explained everything in an easy to understand way. They also shared some wonderful tips about how to inspect and reinstall my filter and answered questions about potential future maintenance. Highly recommend them and Tokay.

Josiah did an awesome job! He was super friendly, professional, and really knew his stuff. He installed our iWave dust removal system and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. Great service all around — highly recommend!

We’ve been loyal Tokay customers since 2023, after switching from Bell Brothers once they were sold. We wanted a local, professional, and honest company with a solid track record — and we absolutely found it here. From every interaction — whether it’s Laurie or Michelle in the office or Josiah, our regular technician — the service has been top-notch. When it came time to replace our HVAC system, we didn’t even bother to shop around. We already knew who we trusted. The installation was excellent. David and Albert added an extra intake and another register — not an easy task in our quirky attic. I still don’t know how David managed to traverse that maze of rafters, but he did, and the results look fantastic. Albert made thoughtful recommendations for placement that improved both airflow and aesthetics. He even spotted two electrical panel issues from previous contractors, explained them clearly, and fixed them on the spot. Tokay also coordinated seamlessly with Sonny Nabors, their roofing contractor, to ensure the roof was protected during the unit swap. Sonny noticed a few small roof concerns while up there and fixed them at no charge. That’s the kind of care you can’t fake. Afterward, Elite Vents tested the entire system for quality assurance — another great touch. We also decided to reconnect our Vivint thermostat (so it would integrate with our home security system). Josiah impressed us again by figuring out how to make it work even though it’s not Tokay’s standard model. Props to him! From start to finish — including Colby ,Rick and Jackie, who deserve a mention too — the entire process was smooth, professional, and genuinely impressive.

Brian came by to do a routine fall maintenance on my heating and air system. Unfortunately after 26 years it was time to replace it. Brian was both knowledgeable, and helpful with me deciding what I needed to replace my old system with. I was also able to get it installed the next day! Kudos to my installers Pedro, Wayne, and Eddie. They came on a mission to get the job done, and did an excellent job. Even finished a little ahead of schedule! Today I had an issue with my heater and gave Michelle a call at the office. She wasn't able to help me but said she would find someone who could, and promptly get back to me. Within 5 minutes she called me back and had an explanation for my issue. Even though that should have resolved it, Michelle said they would have someone drop by today and check it out. I think that's going the extra mile. A few hours later, Wyatt came by to educate me on how my new system works, and how efficient it is. I was impressed with his knowledge, and professionalism.
