Dustin Green of Bakers Heating was polite, professional and knowledgeable. We asked him for a second opinion about a repair recommendation by another service provider. He meticulously checked all components and in the end saved us $1.000 for a part that was not necessary.

I had a great experience with Baker Heating and Air. The technician, Dustin, showed up right on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my HVAC system. He was very professional, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable. What really stood out was that he took the time to show me a few simple maintenance tips I could do myself to help keep my unit running smoothly. It’s rare to find that level of service these days. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again or recommend them to friends and family.

Replaced HVAC, new ductwork installed in the attic, added more insulation, and replaced whole house fan. Dustin and his crew were amazing, explained what was going on, always on time, and very professional. I will definitely go with Baker in the future.

I can’t recommend Bakers Heating and Air, in Lodi, highly enough. From Le’s original visit to our home for the estimate, to the actual install completed by 4 highly skilled, polite and professional young men, the experience was seamless. Although they toiled away for many hours to complete the install, they left our home spotless. You’d never have known they’d been there, except for the sparkling new wall-mounted unit and thermostat, and the condenser outside. Their price was competitive, as we received a second estimate just to be sure, and financing options are readily available. Now a new H-vac system is NOT cheap, but if you’ve got to bite the bullet, you will not regret placing your trust in Bakers.

Couldn’t have been more pleased with expediency, and the Field Supervisor Dustin was very professional, and thoroughly explained what the issue was and things I could do to get the most life out of my unit.
