Bryce was prompt and courteous. He did a really good job of cleaning and servicing my AC. He was fast and the service call was reasonable. I would recommend him and the Grizzly H&A for getting the job done right.

Ryan and Garrett finished setting up a new unit for me today and as I enjoy the nice a/c again I can’t help but be grateful for them. Not just because the a/c but everything. Very good service and detail oriented. All the way down to putting labels of the filter size so I easily remember. Everyone was very helpful even Dana in the office and Anthony the project manager. 10/10 recommend!!

My A/C unit was acting up, and I needed help fast. I called Grizzly Heating and Air, and they were able to get a technician out to my house right away. The technician, who was very friendly and professional, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot. I was impressed by their quick and efficient service. The entire experience, from the initial phone call to the completed repair, was fantastic. Their customer service is top-notch, and the technician was incredibly knowledgeable and reassuring. They didn't just fix my A/C unit; they also took the time to explain what went wrong and how to prevent it from happening again. I'm so glad I chose them, and I'll definitely be calling them again for any future heating and air needs.

Quick responses and turnaround time. Excellent communication. Trey was obviously knowledgeable and is a quick but thorough worker. Also, he came out twice and showed up on time both times (they give you a 30 minute window for show up time instead of half your day!!).

Grizzly worked with me on fixing my broken mini split AC unit and then gave me a great price on a replacement unit. They had excellent communication, were very quick to respond to my questions and did a great job installing my new unit. I’m very pleased.
