Tech was knowledgeable and fixed the issue fast. The communication to get a tech out was a bit lacking, called in the evening and got an answering service and gave the request to the person that answered. Waited for a call back and then called the next afternoon during business hours and got a tech out. Sounds like their answering service never passed the message along? Decided to ask them to do more work, they sent out a tech for an estimate, never got the estimate, I've reached out and got no response except these continual requests for a Google Review. Requested the invoice be emailed with the new estimate - got nothing.

Purchased an entire HVAC system from them in 2021. In 2022 the AC unit stopped working, so they had to come and fix it. Now, a few years later, our furnace stopped working. The company has been less than helpful in getting this issue resolved. I would not recommend purchasing from this company. Unless you want to have issues less than 5 years after purchase. Editing to add: we had another company come look at our furnace and they stayed the gas valve is shot because the install was put in wrong causing water to leak onto it. We will now have to spend additional money to fix the issue on top of the replacement of the gas valve.

First I love that it is a family owned business of three generations. The technician Barrett that came to our house was very courteous and knowledgeable. The issue was found quickly and taking care of. I would recommend this company.

Had to change my review, after new findings. call1 (low on freon) charged me for 3 hours of labor and tech was only here for little over 1 hour.(I found out a week later, after reviewing security footage). 2 days later after call1 the compressor went out got charged 8hours to replace it. (i should not take 8 hours for this job) and the old compressor was left on the rooftop and wires. I called to talk with the owner(not there) no call back after a week. The mess is still on the roof top.

Have used Tribble a couple of times. Unbelievably great place to deal with. This last visit I was late, stuck in traffic. The guy waited 20 minutes for me to get home. We walked strait to the furnace and after he opened it up he had the part he needed in his pocket already. He was in and out In under 15 minutes. I was even able to pay by email. The lady when I made the appointment was nice. The technician was fantastic. I just think it’s a great place to call when my furnace quits. I will definitely continue to use them.

We woke up on a Saturday morning to no heat. We called Tribble and spoke with a service technician named Matt. He actually talked my husband through ways to troubleshoot ourselves. In the end my husband was able to fix it. We didn’t need to pay for an emergency visit or anything else. This kind of honesty is hard to come by. Would not hesitate to call them again for potential issues.

Tribble Heating and Cooling. I called it was freezing in our house. They were there quickly. Brandon was the tech what nice guy explained everything to us.He had our heat up in running in a short time. The employees in the office were very nice and helpful. Price was great.I highly recommend this company!!
