I had an internal furnace component go bad. I used my home warranty to initiate the service call. From that point it went very smoothly. I took a little while to get the correct part, but since it wasn't freezing cold outside I was able to deal with it.

After my previous experience with Myers I was worried about service quality, especially after communicating with the ladies in the office. Andrew was the second tech they sent out and he did a phenomenal job. He communicated well and was extremely professional and polite. He let me know when he was on his way and communicated all issues clearly and did not leave until the job was complete. Extremely happy with his service.

Myers had to come to my home three times not their fault but different things had to be done before they could do their job. They were always prompt courteous and knew what they were doing. I would advise Myers for anyone with an HVAC problem. They are very nice people to work with

I had a home warranty and Myers came out and we had to pay for the installation and home warranty paid for u it. The heat will not come on and when I called Myers they said if we pay $175.00 they would come out and fix it. I mean it should be covered and promised to work. I have had a very bad experience with them two times. It took them over a month in the hottest part of summer to even get our unit in.

Meyers was great from start to finish. They called to schedule quickly and even got us in sooner after a cancellation. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. He explained everything clearly and even spoke with my husband over the phone. Customer service was excellent they followed up after the visit and explained the 30-day return policy through our home warranty. Highly recommend!

Overall, a really good experience. My system was replaced and is working great. The only issue that I have is that when they first attempted to call and schedule the install, they called and number that was not longer in service. And instead of calling back on the number we had communicated on several times, or try to reach out by email, I had to reach out to them to see what the issue was. That delayed the install by a few days, on top of what was already a hot few weeks. After that, good followup and service complete as scheduled.

Thanks to Myers Comfort Specialist of Birmingham and Mr. L'Darius Technician @ Myers Comfort Specialist of Birmingham my days and night are cool and comfortable again. My experience Thank you Jesus! I appreciate Mr. L'Darius professionalism, hard- work and dedication to making sure even in pouring down raining weather customers satisfaction is a Guarantee!
