Edit: 1.5 yrs after paying $12k for a brand new heater and AC unit, I had an independent and highly rated company come do an annual checkup on the system. They found that the tape/mastic sealing the blower to the vents had detached and come up. (See pics.) They noted this was normal to see over time but abnormal for a system this young. I called TemperaturePro thinking this would be an easy fix. It's just tape. Didn't expect them to work for free but hoped they would work with me to make it right. I calmly explained the situation to Brooklyn, but she got oddly defensive, noting the labor warranty was now up and even at one point suggesting the new company could have pulled up the tape themselves. This was a huge turn-off. I expected they'd send someone out for an easy tape repair and stand behind their work. Instead, they tried to shift blame and make excuses. Then Brooklyn said she'd confer with the team and get back to me about a price for repairs. They never did. Very disappointing customer service for such a minor job after such a big expense. If they get this defensive and noncooperative over tape, I worry what else will go wrong with the system down the road. Original Post: AC went out close to the weekend. Shawn responded before anyone and got a team to volunteer for Saturday work in 95 degree heat. Jaylon and Daniel were great. All standup dudes!

My old AC died (at the hottest time of year), so I tried the cheap route buying a used system online. Was quite the ordeal getting it installed and working. Two weeks later the replacement system also failed. What a mess! This time I went with the Pros, and I’d happily recommend them to my family and friends. Our experience with Plus One Heating and Air began almost two years ago when our church needed two new 15-ton A/C units which were located in a third floor mechanical room that allowed no access for removing the old units and installing new ones without cutting a hole in either the roof or an exterior wall. Neither of those two options were preferred, so we contacted Plus One and asked if they could remove the existing units by disassembling them and installing new coils, motors, refrigerant piping, etc. in the old units' cabinets. As it turned out, earlier that year they had completed the same procedure on another job and felt very confident they could do the same for us. We awarded them the contract and they immediately began taking exacting measurements of the existing units, which were sent to the manufacturers of our new units. It took only six weeks to have the old units completely disassembled, carried down three flights of stairs hauled away, have the old 15-ton condensing units removed, receive the new coils, condensing units, all of the piping reconfigured and soldered-in, and the units up and running in just under six weeks. We had not had to knock out any walls or roof structure, saving our church tens of thousands of dollars. Since that installation we have had Plus One replace three more obsolete and non-working A/C units with almost flawless efficiency and at lower cost than any of the previous installations at our church. Daniel has lead their teams of technicians on all of our jobs and every one of them are friendly, courteous and always helpful to me in my position as the church's Properties Committee Chairman. Daniel and his team were awesome to work with. From day 1 they were thorough, professional, and took great care of our home. They installed a completely new HVAC system and repaired old, damaged duct work to make our house a comfortable home. Thanks for all your hard work guys! Daniel came out same day and figured out our A/C issues quickly. He did a great job of explaining what the issue was and how he’d resolve it.
