One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating

I have a system that is ~12 years old now and recently needed some work done to fix a loss of cool air flow. I got satisfiable service quickly, found it was a capacitor issue and we were good to go. But at this point in the age of the system, I figured it was a good idea to start getting regular check ups. They had a good sounding little program at One Hour for biannual service, and so I took them up on it. Just had my first Fall/Winter checkup, and Brandon was a nice guy who was very helpful. He gave the whole system a lookover, then went over with me any areas of concern. Each concerning point he supported with pictures of the components and respective measurements. I was then free to browse all the bottom line services and choose what I wanted done if anything. All prices were up front and were bottom line, no service fees topped on later. The transparency of the whole process was a huge plus for me. I'm not an HVAC expert, but I also don't like feeling like I'm getting jerked around, so I'm a very skeptical person when it comes to service recommendations. I felt informed enough the whole time to make my decision confidently, and I like that. Overall, my initial impressions of One Hour Air is great. If anything changes, I'll be sure to update it here.

We had a wonderful ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience from Cameron when he came out to do our maintenance inspection. He was very thorough and took time to explain everything he was seeing and we trusted him right away because we could see he truly cared. He finished taking care of the cleaning our unit needed and adding the overflow switch so we would be able to avoid a previously stressful situation. We made a new friend by the time he had completed the job at our home. Honestly, we’ve have had positive interactions from everyone who we have met from this company, but if you have the chance to be serviced by Cameron, I am certain you will be very impressed as well!

Brandon McDaniel arrived on time. He was very courteous and pleasant to talk with. Did an excellent job explaining HVAC status, and offered an affordable solution to an existing issue. I would be very pleased to have Brandon back for service any time.

Chad did a quick but thorough job of diagnosing the problem we had with our thermostat. He explained the problem and what he needed to do to fix it for us. He worked quickly and efficiently and got it running in no time. He was great to work with and very friendly and courteous. A 5 star review for him and One Hour!!

Brandon is a great employee I would make sure to keep him. He did a wonderful job explaining all our needs. I will request him to come to our house for every service we need! Been using 1 hour for years and will keep using them!

We were very happy that we were able to schedule a technician after hours. James sent a text to let us know he was within ten minutes of our home, which we appreciated. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about our a/c issue and honest about the charges. If we have other a/c or heating issues, we would not hesitate to work with James again.

I was very pleased with the service. Blaine determined what the issue was quickly and also found other things that needed to be addressed. He was quick with the repairs and explained everything well and showed pictures he took of the unit before and after he serviced them. Im looking forward to relying on them in the future.
