Valley Heating and Air

I had this air AC heating unit that I have purchased in 2022 and has been doing great. Never had any problems and recently had a service maintenance deal I purchased through valley heating and air that came out and cleaned coils and took care of everything and I have one more visit included in that price which was excellent, but in the meantime, they was a water leakage in my little closet where the hot water tank as well as the AC heating unit was and I couldn’t tell which was leaking , on the weekend I called Valley Heating and Air and left a message. I had a phone call that Sunday morning and I had a Tech named Randy there that day. I think it was 10 or 11 o’clock he examined and took parts and cleaned and looked for clogs, fix my condenser drain box and cleaned out some pipes …excellent service, especially on a Sunday and the best price. Well I thought about the drain might need blowing out so I called back Monday morning and then the owner himself came and took care of blowing the drains out in case they were clogged at no charge. I’m thoroughly happy with the service , the price , as well as the down to earth honest people that work there. Highly recommend! Daniel came to service our gas fireplace. He was 20 minutes early, very knowledgeable and friendly and took time to answer all of our questions.

My AC unit wasn’t cooling the house off, so I called Valley on the recommendation of my neighbor and they came out within an hour and took care of everything. Couldn’t be happier, everyone was friendly, courteous, and professional. I would use them again in a heartbeat!
