Eli came exactly when he said he would, quickly figured out it was water buildup in the HVAC system, and fixed it on the spot at a fair price. What really stood out was how respectful he was — he even put on shoe covers before stepping on our carpet, which we really appreciated. Late evening we experienced water coming out of an air vent. My husband made a quick call to On Air and Eli answered!! Eli was able to get us book for early morning the next day!! So, we started seeing water dripping from outside from our A/C. I checked the inside and wasn’t sure if it was a clogged pipe. I called On Air HVAC this morning and they said they could have someone after 5pm come, as my schedule is kinda all over the place. I didn’t want it to turn into something more. Turned out it was a clogged pipe and Eli fixed it. He also checked our outside unit. He let me know about their annual maintenance program where they come 2x a year to check out AC and Heater for $239! We decided to do that as well!!! I am so glad we called them.

I have used them a couple times now. First, they are very fast to respond! Both times I've needed them they got to my property the same day! Second, they communicate well. By text or by phone, they have been available to answer questions and discuss scheduling and carrying out the jobs. Third, the quality is great!
