From making the appointment to finishing the job Lee’s did a great job. They kept me informed about the arrival etc. Skyler Lendley arrived on time and explained both problems, source of the leek and went to work. Did a fantastic job. He is very knowledgeable, knew exactly what parts needed replacement, bought high quality parts , and when finished he tested everything. He was professional, friendly, polite, and really knew what needed to be to be done. He didn’t rush and at the end cleaned up the area and once again explained to me what was done and how the parts he used will withstand the weather elements. Once again he asked me to turn on and off the gears. I couldn’t have asked for a better company and a better person for this job and I am extremely satisfied and happy with job. From now on Lee’s will be my " to go to" for any plumbing etc issues that may come up. Skyler left with a peace of mind and assurance that not only the problem is taken care of but also the parts he used updating the pipes etc. will be long lasting since he wrapped the pipes with material to protect them from weather elements. In short, top notch job and I will tell my friends about the service I received. I am very thankful for Lee,s professionalism, customer care, and reasonable cost.

Jacob was courteous and professional. He showed me with his camera exactly what was going on with my sewer line. He showed up on time. He provided explicit details regarding the work that needed to be done and when he would be able to do it. He came back with his co-worker Patrick and completed the work just like he said they would do. I had been given another quote by another company who didn't even have the right equipment to assess the issue when they came out. Even tho they were the 2nd company that my warranty company had sent out. I was quoted a minimum amount of $1300 more than what Jacob quoted. Although, I was sick about handing over the money (no fault of Jacob...lol...), I was pleased to do business with Lee's plumbing and would highly recommend them. Thanks Jacob and Patrick

I had a leak in my galvanized pipe, Chris was at my house about 8:30, wrapped up about 12:30, I had to ask him about running water to clear the line of any rust that may be in the pipes after the repair, I now have a clog in my kitchen faucet, with low pressure due to the repair, I’m not happy about it. They asked for the review, so here it is. edited. I got a call last night not more than 30 minutes after I posted my review, about my clogged sink, they said the Technician, who did the leak repair , would be out on 7/1 to take care of the Faucet. Not only did they take care of it, they replaced it, no one likes to go back to a job, and repair a problem, that was caused by a repair, No One! Chris arrived about 8 am to repair it, he didn’t give up, he exhausted every effort to repair, even with a couple of trips to the store to find the right aerator for my particular faucet, he couldn’t find one. He said he had to go do another job, but would be back about 1 to finish it , he arrived at 12, with a new faucet. His desire to please and satisfy the customer , speaks volumes for the company. Work ethic and integrity are hard to come by, but the attitude in which you do it, says more about you than the actual work. You know that motto, you get what you pay for? Well I got more than what I paid for. I will use this company for all my repair needs. Thank you Chris Zastrow, for your professionalism, work ethic, and the inner drive to be the best you can be, and deliver the best service. I can’t thank Lee’s Air, Plumbing and Heating enough for what they gave, they gave themselves, and at the end of the day, that’s all we can give, and they did it willingly. Luis came out and handled our situation quick and efficiently!!! He was professional and courteous. A definite asset to your company. The AC had stopped working but in less than an hour , he had it back up and running !!! Very happy with Luis and Lee Air !!!

Josh Keller is exceptional in his professionalism and knowledge. Josh carefully detailed what the maintenance service required and explained how the club membership program works. Well worth the investment! AC unit is humming along after Josh recommended a fix. Low cost too. Well done Josh and Lee's! ... need to set a plumbing maintenance check appointment now.

Great service, resolved the problem after rapidly identifying what was needed to resolve and get AC up and running. I joined the membership so i can have them service all my HVAC and plumbing needs. Again superb service and Brad was awesome!

Brad showed up within 20 minutes and went to work diagnosing the problem and explained to me what he was finding as he worked on the unit. The capacitor was the problem. He had a replacement capacitor in his truck. He installed it and had the unit up and running in 10 minutes. Brad was great. I liked the service and the price so much that I joined their club advantage.
