I would highly recommend Carew, from the initial estimate with Brian to the installation crew. They were all extremely respectful, friendly and helpful. Brian took time to throughly explain all options answered all my questions (without making me feel stupid). Matt and his crew did an awesome job explaining the process and how the equipment works. They all communicated effectively and respectfully. Cleaned up like they were never even here (took old equipment, so we didn’t have to dispose). Hands down great service, if HVAC service is ever needed again, these are my guys and this is the company I’m recommending and using again. Thanks Carew for keeping us warm this winter.

Ben S, was a very friendly smiley guy. Great first impression and exceeded our expectations regarding his service. However, we did have issues regarding communication, not involving Ben but the company in general. We were told that a piece wasn’t ready for us and needed to be ordered. They stated they would call us back when it was ready, yet we never received a call. Thus, we ourselves had to call back reminding them about our situation. -E.S

Service was great as always. We love Carew and recommend them to all of our friends. Scheduling was great, talked to the Service Manager before scheduling. Great experience! Our tech Rob was great as well. Arrived as promised, very personable and got the job done quickly. If I could give more than 5 stars to Carew I would.

We had a dehumidifier installed in our house today, and everything went smoothly. The installer did a great job, and the unit was up and running right away. It's quiet, looks good, and started pulling moisture from the air immediately. We’re impressed with how easy it is to use and are looking forward to seeing the results over time. So far, we're very happy with it!

Marc and his crew installed new furnace and ac. Great bunch of guys. Excellent work. Friendly and cleaned everything up. Told him outside outlet pops breaker when plug anything in. Had your electrician, Ryan, repair outside outlets and bathroom outlet. Extra charge of course but worth it. Thank you for excellent service.

Rob was very professional. This was a free inspection with a coupon. He also recommended for future reference a regular maintenance program you provide on a yearly basis. The combination furnace, air conditioner maintenance program sounded like something to consider.

Rob came to service my air conditioner as part of their Comfort Care program. This is the second time Rob has come to deliver on the program. Rob is a true professional and is excellent at communicating problems and suggesting solutions. His goal is to state facts and not pressure and/or scare you into spending more money if other options are available to maintain your heating and cooling and needs. Trust in service delivery is paramount to me. I believe that in the long run that is what keeps customers loyal to companies and the products and services they offer.
