U-Haul Moving & Storage of West Oak Lane

We had a great experience at this U-Haul location. I needed to rent a trailer, and the entire process was fast and smooth. Keith was especially helpful he made sure everything was taken care of and even helped connect the trailer to my truck. Highly recommend!

I was able to book at any time of the day without much hassle or interaction with staff. The instructions on the app were easy to use and when the office opened, I had called to ask a question and the staff were helpful and quick.

There should be no reason a line should be this long at Uhaul. I'm not sure who the manager is now, but who ever they are runs this store poorly. This woman is always in here by herself working the lines. It doesn't help thats she slow. The problem is she's by herself. The guys out side who do the trucks are slow also and don't help. This location fell OFF.

Truck smelled like someone recently smoked marijuana. There were ashes all over the cab. I waited an hour to get my truck that I reserved. Terrible Update: after speaking with customer service I was told someone would contact me and no one ever called me. I'm disgusted by this whole event. I will forever recommend ppl to not use uhaul. Not only that but they just charged my card for another 10$. Scammers

I called 4 times today, and I feel like they're going to charge me $183.55 for a storage unit I'm not using anymore. I was told by management over the phone that I wouldn't be, and they would call me back to tell me in out the system. But I haven't had a call back, and when I took time throughout the day to make sure I was taken out, I kept getting told from customer service themselves that they couldn't reach anyone at this location. I already made it clear that I wasn't paying that fee on Friday because I was already promised from management that I didn't have to.

On March 26 had the pleasure of working with Mr. Roger in obtaining my U-Haul. He was very courteous and professional and was a great help. Great help needs to be recognized especially in these trying times. And I think Mr. Rogers should be rewarded for such great help and being so friendly.
