Neat hobby/computer store. The selection isn't the best but they do show off lots of items so you can see first hand what you're buying rather than in a box. They definitely have lots of empty floor space that could have more product. Their business plan is to have low shelves so you can continuously see the whole building from anywhere. Kind of weird when you could have so much more there with taller shelves.

I purchased a $250 unit from GigaParts (Order 25087078, purchased a 10/21/25). The item arrived defective and unusable. Customer service offered a replacement but insisted I pay $120 for partial return shipping — nearly half the item’s cost. They said they’ll cover outbound shipping and will ship a replacement once they receive the return, but refused to prepay return shipping for a defective product. This is poor customer service and feels unreasonable. I’m sharing this experience so others know to confirm return policies before buying. I will update this review if the issue is resolved fairly.

One of my favorite retail locations in North Alabama. I'm a computer nerd, astronomy nerd, and a gadget nerd. This place is awesome for nerds like me. During the chip shortage, they kept GPU's at retail. That's a huge deal in my book. Super friendly staff, wide aisles, lots of knowledge and a great shopping experience.

Was very pleased with the Variety of items. It was a "Radio Shack" on Steroids... They had ham gear, gold mining, metal detection, Astronomy/telescopes, computers, gaming chairs and desk, electronic kits for beginners, 3d printing and supplies, wooden kits for young ones and even a snack bar if your family member needed an area to rest or wait for you at. The prices on some items where high. But the ability to go and pick them up..

They refuse to honor a price match even when the item was received only 3 days ago. And they do not cover return shipping. Big no and disadvantage for anyone buying anything here. Not recommended and never again. --- Update: Sue Stephens reaches out to me kindly and offers to help me with store credits. I highly appreciate the effort and positive attitude. Stars revised accordingly.

Update: The manager called me and apologized for my experiences at the store and was willing to make it right and because of that I have to decided to continue to shop at this store! The young lady that took care of us when I bought the monitor was VERY pleasant! The gentleman that I had the return with apologized and I appreciated that more than anything so I will make it my business to continue to shop there!! It is very rare when a company cares that much about the experience of their customers and to me that speaks VOLUMES!!! Thank you so much Blake and everyone else that helped make this right!!! This store is horrible. The first time I came here I told a young man what I wanted in a pc and my exact budget and instead he kept trying to push a $5000 dollar pc on me and it made me so mad I left and bought my pc elsewhere. Then I tried to give them a second chance and bought a monitor and the monitor did not work out for me like intended so I brought it back in hopes to find something else just to be charged a RESTOCKING FEE!! I was so pissed I just will NEVER EVER shop here again!! Not at any gigaparts stores and the few employees that I had to deal with there attitudes are disgusting. I have never felt like I didn’t belong in a place before until shopping here.
