My wife and I just purchased an Explorer here and could not have been any happier with the experience. Our salesman, Jacob, went above and beyond, showing us like six different explorers, answered every question we had, let us double up on test drives so my wife and I could both drive it and get a feel. We never felt pressured to purchase anything, he was very focused on customer care. Mark, the sales manager, was great to work with as well. He drove a hard bargain (as any good manager should!) but was very fair and transparent, we felt we received an excellent value on our trade in and a very fair deal overall. In finance, Zach really simplified things for us. He not only beat our local credit unions rate (which doesn’t happen often), but took the time to explain all the different warranty options to us, and helped us come to terms on a maintenance package that fit our needs and gave us ease of mind. Plus can’t beat that Wyatt Johnson engine warranty! From start to finish the entire team was professional, friendly, and focused on making sure we left satisfied. Would highly recommend (unless you’re an Alabama fan) Thank you Jacob and team and Go Vols!

If I could give zero stars, I would. 138 days my truck has been in the shop since October. Wyatt Johnson Ford has ruined my truck and left me with the bill. Here’s what happened: • Engine replaced under warranty in October. Didn’t get my truck back until mid-January. No loaner provided - I had to pay for a rental. • Muffler wasn’t even connected when I picked it up. Exhaust fumes were filling the cab with me and my family. • My wife lost power on the interstate because they forgot a clamp on the fuel line. White smoke everywhere, 70+ mph traffic - terrifying. • Promised to cover the tow, but I had to pay out of pocket and never got reimbursed. • Multiple return visits for leaks and missing connections. Told different stories every time. • Oil leak that they can’t fix. • Another Ford dealer later found a long list of Wyatt Johnson’s mistakes: missing parts, bent bolts, smashed 4x4 line, and hoses left unhooked. Because of their negligence, my warranty expired while my truck sat in their shop. They won’t even respond to corporate. This has been the most dangerous and costly experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. For your safety, avoid Wyatt Johnson Ford.

Had a salesman named Pat, he is a very genuine and great guy. I'm from Missouri and he help me get a good deal on a car down there. While we were there the kindness didn't stop he talk to us a lot and even went to the gas station and bought my mom a drink! Wasn't sure what to expect originally because I've never spoken to a sales person before, but this definitely left a good impression. If your looking to buy a car and your not even in the area I would still highly recommend this place and I would ask for Pat.

So , I went in to look for a new truck and the one I had seen was already sold by the time I got there . I test drove the 2018 F150 and decided to go with it . About 3 weeks after having it , the Notorious 10 speed auto transmission started to miss a gear. I called and discussed with my salesman and the service team . At this point I was worried as I’ve heard horror stories of "warranty" work . They got me in at my earliest convenience. They put me in a BRAND NEW F150 with 6 miles on it . The service advisor Kendall was excellent. He stayed in touch and updated me . Sydney , made using their rental/loan truck and Explorer easy . My salesman Jacob , was engaged throughout the process. They rebuilt my transmission basically and warranty covered 100% as they promised . Honest , straight forward people is who I worked with . Great job ladies and gentlemen ! Return customer for sure !
